Spring Equinox Women's Retreat: Sacred Renewal

A Half-Day Journey of Release, Restoration & Rebirth

For the Woman Who Knows She Needs More Than a Yoga Class

You've been holding it together. Managing everyone else's needs. Showing up, even when you're running on empty. Smiling through the exhaustion. Pretending the constant transformation isn't taking its toll.

What if you could stop for a moment?

What if you could gather with other women who understand and who are also navigating the beautiful, messy, overwhelming journey of becoming? Women who crave something deeper than small talk and surface-level connection?

This retreat is for you.

The Invitation

Join us for a half-day Spring Equinox Women's Retreat—a sacred container designed specifically for women who are ready to release what's been heavy, reconnect with their bodies, and step into spring's energy of renewal with clarity and grace.

Gather together with other like-minded women for deep connection. This is your permission to pause, feel, and be held as you prepare for the powerful year ahead.

Date: Saturday, March 21st
Time: 9:00am-1:00pm
Location: Evening Star Grange 31 Old Union Rd. Washington, ME
For: Women only (limited to 15 participants for intimate connection)

What We'll Experience Together

🌸 Gentle Somatic Yoga for the Nervous System

We begin by coming home to our bodies through slow, intentional movement designed to regulate your nervous system—not challenge it. This isn't about flexibility or "getting it right." It's about listening, softening, and creating safety in your own skin.

Somatic yoga works with your body's innate wisdom, helping you release stored tension and trauma through gentle, mindful movement. You'll learn to befriend your nervous system instead of overriding it.

Perfect for all bodies and experience levels—no yoga experience required.

🫁 Conscious Connected Breathwork Ceremony

Together, we'll journey through a guided breathwork experience using the 3-part breath technique. This powerful practice creates space for emotional release, energetic clearing, and deep healing—all while being held in sacred sisterhood.

Breathwork allows what's been stuck to move. What's been suppressed to surface. What's been waiting to be released to finally let go. And you won't be doing it alone—you'll be surrounded by women who understand.

🎶 Therapeutic Sound Bath

After the activation of breathwork, we'll rest together in a deeply restorative sound bath. Crystal and bronze singing bowls will bathe you in therapeutic vibrations, soothing your nervous system and integrating the healing that's occurred.

This is where you get to completely surrender and receive—held by sound, held by the earth, held by the circle of women around you.

📖 Reflective Journaling

We'll create space for you to capture insights, set intentions, and dialogue with your inner wisdom through guided journaling prompts aligned with the Spring Equinox energy of balance and new beginnings.

Your journal becomes a sacred record of this threshold moment—a touchstone you can return to as you move through the year ahead.

🍵 Nourishment & Connection

Throughout our time together, we'll share herbal tea and nourishing snacks. Because tending to your body is part of the sacred work. And sometimes the most healing conversations happen over tea with women who truly see you.

Why Women-Only Space Matters

There's something that happens when women gather with intention. A softening. A permission. A remembering.

In women-only space, we can:

  • Drop the performance of who we think we need to be

  • Speak truths we've been holding back

  • Witness each other without judgment or fixing

  • Access deeper vulnerability and authentic connection

  • Remember our cyclical nature and honor it

  • Hold space for the full spectrum of our emotions and experiences

This retreat honors the unique journey of being a woman navigating transformation in a world that often asks us to keep producing, performing, and pushing through.

Here, you get to just be.

The Timing: Spring Equinox Magic

The Spring Equinox marks the moment when day and night are perfectly balanced—equal light and darkness—before the world tips toward growth, expansion, and renewal.

It's nature's invitation to:

  • Release what's complete (the winter of your life)

  • Plant seeds for what's emerging (the spring of your becoming)

  • Find balance between doing and being, giving and receiving

  • Step into your power with the returning light

As we stand on this threshold, preparing to enter the Year of the Fire Horse—a year of passion, creative force, and untamed energy—this retreat offers you the chance to clear space, ground down, and renew your spirit before the intensity begins.

A Note From Your Facilitator

Beloved,

I created this retreat because I know what it's like to be the woman who holds everyone else together while quietly falling apart. I know the exhaustion of constant transformation. The loneliness of doing deep work in isolation. The hunger for connection that goes beyond surface pleasantries.

This retreat is the container I wish I'd had during my own seasons of shedding and renewal: a place to be witnessed, held, and reminded that I wasn't alone.

If you're reading this and feeling that pull in your chest, that whisper of "yes, this is for me"...trust it. Your soul knows what it needs.

I'd be deeply honored to hold space for you.

With Big Love,
Diane: The Mystic Nurse
